New Order Summary Widget Added to Help Customers Review Their Purchase

We're excited to announce the addition of a new Order Summary widget to InstantPage. This small but useful widget provides customers with a quick recap of their order details after completing a purchase.

The Order Summary automatically displays on any default "order complete" pages within your InstantPage sites. This includes pages shown at the end of standard checkout flows as well as upsell/downsell funnels.

Some key features:

- Itemizes each product or service purchased, including name, price and quantity
- Calculates and displays the subtotal, taxes and total amount charged
- Optionally includes shipping address, payment method used, promotional discounts applied
- Formatted as a compact but easy-to-read list for quick reference

No configuration is needed - the widget is automatically added to help customers verify their order. It works seamlessly in the background.

If you've customized your order complete pages, the widget will not override your changes. But we've made it simple to manually add to Thank You or order receipt pages for an improved post-purchase experience.

Support WebP

Hi there,

WebP is an image format developed by Google. It was designed to provide superior compression for images on the web, either lossless or lossy, to help make websites faster. In other words, it reduces the file size of images without significantly reducing the image quality, leading to quicker load times for websites.

The use of WebP has various benefits, including:

1. Smaller file sizes: WebP images are generally smaller in file size than their JPEG or PNG equivalents, which can result in quicker load times for websites.

2. Preservation of quality: Despite the smaller file sizes, WebP maintains a high level of image quality. It provides lossless (like PNG) and lossy (like JPEG) compression options.

3. Support for transparency: Like PNGs, WebP images support transparency, but they typically have smaller file sizes.

4. Improved web performance: Smaller image files can improve website load times, enhancing user experience and potentially improving search engine rankings.

5. Reduced bandwidth usage: For businesses, the smaller file sizes can lead to reduced bandwidth usage and therefore lower costs.

The good news is, We've recently incorporated the contemporary WebP image format to all InstantPage.dev built pages. This format offers enhanced quality through both lossless and lossy compression for web images. You don't have to take any action as InstantPage.dev will automatically generate the WebP version for all images on each page during the initial visit.

Mistakenly deleted websites or funnels can now be restored.
Platform API - A new endpoint has been added to activate projects for a specific initial period (e.g., a 3-month promotion before switching to a monthly/yearly plan).
Appointments - We've added an option to send meeting reminders to clients.
E-Commerce - You can now search orders by invoice number, and additional Q&A for ordered products are displayed in a user-friendly manner.
Funnel/store analytics - The "last month" predefined period is now available.
Ukrainian language support has been added to client websites.

Email Marketing Updates:
Emails now support website personalization tags.
Options have been introduced to set default reply-to email addresses for all marketing emails, automation emails, and to hide the logo in the footer email blocks.
If no social media links are set, icons in emails won't be displayed.
When a website is cloned or created from a template, brand details are reset.

Fixes:
Discrepancies in text color and image width in emails built with the Email builder have been addressed.
Issues in Email marketing with the delay step in automations when editing in Safari browsers, and issues with automations not working when coming from the website/funnel template have been resolved.
The Quiz widget issue, where changes were not always saved properly, has been fixed.
E-Commerce - multiple cart layout discrepancies, and Funnel Analytics - misbehavior of the period picker when switching between funnels on the same website, have been corrected.
The Search widget now reliably shows all store products.
We've made numerous stability, security, and performance updates.
Updates have been made to i18n and translations.

Lite Plan and Startup plan had been stopped selling in 2022, but we never stopped improving the existing platform for all current users and new users.

We are pleased to announce that Email Marketing & Automations is now available in Lite Plan and Startup plan, the effective date is 15 Jul 2022.

Changes as follows:

    1) Plan name: Now you will see plan names are Lite 2022 and Startup 2022.
    2) Price: Compared to last year, $1/mo(Yearly)~$3/mo(Monthly) increased in Lite 2022 on top of original price and $2.5/month(Yearly) ~ $3/mo( increased in Startup 2022 (both monthly payment and yearly payment) on top of original price.
    3) Limit in Email Marketing & Automations: 100 subscribers and 1200 emails sent/month are included Lite plan and Startup plan. If more than 100 subscribers in your subscriber list, we suggest enabling pay as you go option.
